Graduate Master Builder (GMB)
The ultimate symbol of the building professional, the Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation is for experienced veterans only. Before beginning the GMB designation process, you must have the CGB designation, the CGR designation, or the CGA designation with five years of building experience, or ten years of building experience and have completed three CGB/CGR/CGA courses. GMB courses are more advanced with in-depth instruction geared for experienced building professionals.
Graduate Master Remodeler (GMR)
The GMR allows CGRs to attain further recognition for educational excellence and longevity in the remodeling industry. This is a new program in 2008 and is designed to be the master level of the current CGR designation. Qualifications include 15 years remodeling experience, completion of 5 required courses, and having an active CGR for 9 years or active CR (Certified Remodeler) from NARI (National Association Remodeling Industry) for 10 years.
Master Certified New Home Sales Professional (Master CSP)
The Master CSP designation further acknowledges new home sales professionals who hold the CSP designation by highlighting their continued educational and career achievements in the home building industry.
Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP)

Member, Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM)

Registered in Apartment Management (RAM)
Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) is a comprehensive educational and designation program offered to property management professionals by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The longest running and most well-respected program of its kind, RAM is the credential of distinction for managers of apartments (both market rate and affordable), condominiums, and cooperative housing.
Advanced RAM
The Advanced RAM Program provides a higher credential in the field of apartment management for the levels of asset managers, property supervisors, and management company owners. Curriculum includes modules encompassing operations, legal issues, personnel management, fair housing, and much more.
Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS)
