Membership covers your entire company, meaning all of your employees gain access to member pricing, committee involvement, and networking events under one membership.

Annual Dues: $620.00 / year

Dues Allocation: Your $620 annual investment includes $225 to the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM) and $182 to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit card upon enrollment.

How to Become a Member in 3 Steps
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete our fast online application form, or request a PDF version by emailing admin@abamn.org.
Step 2: Board Approval
To maintain industry trust and high professional standards, all applications undergo a brief review by the ABA Board of Directors.
Once approved, you will receive login credentials to update your directory listing, access state/national discount codes, and register for upcoming ABA events!

Does my membership cover all my employees?
Yes! Anyone employed by your business is eligible to participate in ABA committees, attend networking events, and access member educational discounts.
What is the minimum commitment?
Because the ABA remits your state (BAM) and national (NAHB) dues immediately upon receiving your application, your $620 payment represents a binding one-year commitment.
What are the cancellation terms?
Should you need to update your account details or cancel your renewal, a 30-day written notice to the ABA office is required.
