The Rachel Manley Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of our former Executive Director, Rachel Manley. Rachel was a tireless champion for the Arrowhead Builders Association and a passionate advocate for the trade professionals who build our communities.

To honor her dedication and lasting impact, this scholarship was created to empower the next generation of trade professionals, ensuring her spirit of leadership and community support continues to build a brighter future for our region.

The Rachel Manley Scholarship provides financial support to ambitious young individuals pursuing a career in the skilled trades, whether through trade schools, apprenticeship programs, or vocational training.

By removing financial barriers for students entering the industry, we help ensure our local building community remains strong, skilled, and resilient for generations to come.

• The DuWayne Lenius Golf Classic: An annual tradition bringing members together for a day on the green in support of workforce development.

• The Shoot for the Future Clay Shoot: A high-energy event dedicated to raising funds for emerging trade talent.
